2025/2026 Top Choice for 3D 4D Ultrasound in Ontario

My husband and I had a great experience at this studio! The lady we were working with was so kind and excited for us. My baby was a little camera shy and she did what she could to get him to turn so we could take some really good photos. We laughed and happy cried throughout the session. It was defiantly memorable for both of us. Thank you for giving us such a good experience. I would recommend this studio for 3D ultrasounds and I hope to be back!

She was super nice and so accommodating to me and my husband and we are so grateful to see our baby together! She was so excited every time baby moved, and we laughed along with her! My husband and I have an amazing experience with Nadia at the Oakville location. She was so personable and made us feel incredibly comfortable. I love that they print a photo as we haven’t gotten a print at an ultrasound yet.

I had an ultrasound this week at 14 weeks, and the experience was wonderful. The tech was very sweet and the office was super cute. She pointed out what baby was doing and all the parts of the body. She let me pick my favourite photo which I am glad for, as my scan from my doctor didn’t produce any good prints, so now I have a great photo to keep. I will for sure be going back for a 3D/4D scan later in the pregnancy!

Our experience with Little Feet was infuriating. We paid over $350 for their 3D/4D ultrasound package, expecting to receive memorable images and video of our baby. During THREE unique visits, they failed to provide any usable 3D/4D imaging and made-up vague excuses every time about why it didn’t work. Similar to other reviews you'll read, the imaging was worse than what we received from the free OHIP ultrasounds. Not once did we receive 3D or 4D imaging that looked anything like that was advertised on their website. When we followed up to ask for a refund — completely reasonable considering we received none of the promised imaging services — they refused. Instead, they tried to justify part of the cost by claiming the plush teddy bear and USB alone were worth $75. Be wary of the Terms & Conditions they make you sign, as they have claimed they zero legal accountability for not delivering the images I paid $350 for. I hope others don't have the experience we did, but I strongly suggest exploring other companies who value customer service and a transparent experience.

We went to Little Feet today at my 16 weeks and 5 days for our gender reveal! We brought both kiddos with us and we had such a great time. The technician was absolutely fabulous and so sweet. We definitely recommend Little Feet!

I visited Little Feet Oakville during a particularly anxious time in my pregnancy. I was feeling unwell and hadn’t been eating properly, which led to a lot of worry. The team at Little Feet was incredibly kind and compassionate—they accommodated me right away, made me feel comfortable, and provided a calming environment. The 3D scan was such a beautiful and reassuring experience, and I left feeling much more at ease. I’m so grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommend to any expecting parent looking for both a memorable and comforting experience.

They charge tax but do not provide receipts and hence pocket the money via e-transfer. Why are you charging taxes? Not a single good image, as soon as 20 minutes is up, the main technician left the room. Tried to make it exciting by saying look at this or that- but when the images are bad- it doesn’t make it exciting- it sounds fake. Really not impressed with the service, as a business I would’ve been embarrassed to let a client leave with photos that were taken. I don’t recommend this studio at all.

terrible technicians, paid for premium package of around $175 and received atrocious images. Not a single one i would even want to share with friends or family. Very unskilled staff recommend tiny hearts instead as they are way more qualified. Additionally, they charge tax but do not issue a receipt, we have requested multiple times. Likely a CRA fraud. Buyer beware.

Had an appointment today and it went amazing. They took their time finding the baby. Explained where the babies organs were located. Took their time taking the babies pictures. Definitely will be stopping by again!

I went for my ultrasound and Shazia was very polite, respectful, and took her time to go over the ultrasound without any issues. She took her time without rushing us. She took very well pictures of the baby. Overall, great experience and will definitely come back again.

Had an amazing experience doing my Gender Scan! Or tech was so friendly and knowledgeable! I went in thinking it would be a quick look to see what baby bean is and that’s it and it was far more than expected! She showed us our baby’s whole body, movements, and let us listen to the hear beat! It was such a calm and welcoming room and I would 10000% recommend little feet Oakville to anyone wanting any type of scan! Can’t wait till we can go back for our 3D ultrasound ☺️💕💕

We had a great experience here! At our appointment baby was shy and we couldn’t determine gender, so she said to take an hour go get something to eat and come back and we can try again for free. And second time was a charm and we saw our baby boy! Amazing experience and would highly recommend 🙂

We went two times to Little Feet Oakville for a redo and the staff each time were amazing! They were so compassionate and it was a comfortable experience. The pictures and USB are high quality and they try their best to get every angle.

I’ve had 2 ultrasounds done at Little Feet. We have been very happy with customer service. I originally asked for the Burlington location, however they offered me Brantford so I could see our little one sooner! The space was very clean and organized. The tech was great, she explained what we were looking at and made it a calm environment to be in. We will be coming back for another scan, highly recommend them!
